Jagadeesh excels

CHENNAI, JAN. 21 . V.A. Jagadeesh scored 198 as Kerala ended its first innings on 432, on the second day of the South Zone under-22 P. Ramachandra Trophy match against Goa at the M.A. Chidambaram stadium on Friday. At close of play, Goa had been reduced to 72 for seven.

The scores:

Kerala 432 (V.A. Jagadeesh 198, P. Prashanth 101) v Goa 72 for seven at SPIC-YMCA.

Tamil Nadu 308 (S. Anirudh 73, Vikram Kumar 117, Ryan Ninam four for 108) v Karnataka 276 for nine (Bharath Chipli 106, Stuart Binny 40, V. Yo Mahesh four for 70) at MAC.

Andhra 175 v Hyderabad 410 for nine (T. Suman 70, Abhinav Kumar 98, Amol Shinde 75, Md. Imran Khan 76 batting) at SRMC.
