TIRUCHI, JAN. 21 . Six bags containing raw materials used for the manufacture of illicit arrack were seized by the police at Konnakudi near Lalgudi in the district on Thursday night. The police said the bags were seized from a car during vehicle checks. The police have arrested Prabhu (20), Robert (35), both hailing from Konnakudi, and car driver Joseph Jayapal of Keezh Kandarkottai. The police are investigating the case.
