Sharda Pro-Acoustics to tap southern markets

CHENNAI, JAN. 22. Sharda Pro-Acoustics Ltd., a part of the Delhi-based Relan Group, has announced its plans to tap the potential of southern markets through its strategic tie-up with Refex Pro-Acoustics as its channel partner for Chennai. The latter will market a comprehensive product range of the U.S.-based Marantz and Boston Acoustics, premium brands in audio and video segments.

The Chief Executive Officer of Sharda Pro-Acoustics, J. S. Puri, said after Chennai, the company had planned to set up exclusive showrooms and demo rooms in select premium metropolitan cities. Sharda Pro-Acoustics' first demo centre in New Delhi cost over Rs. 10 crores and the company planned to set up such centres across the country. The cost of these products ranges from Rs. 85,000 to Rs. 25 lakhs.
