YMCC and Marshall CC post wins
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,
JAN. 22.
Youngmen Cricket Club and Marshall CC scored contrasting wins in the 10th Celestial Trophy all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Medical College ground here on Saturday.
Both teams moved into the second round of the tournament.
The scores:
YMCC 196 for eight in 30 overs (Rajesh 55, Saji 43 n.o., Aneesh four for 32) bt Crazy CC 187 for eight in 30 overs (Anoop Krishnan 60).
Marshall CC 127 for four in 30 overs (Ashok Kumar 93, Prathapchandran 62) bt VSSC 80 for eight in 30 overs (Sanal three for 14).
