MRF sales up in Q3
CHENNAI: MRF Ltd. reported a net profit of Rs.11.30 crores (Rs.16.62 crores) for the quarter ended December 2004. Sales (net of excise) stood at Rs.686.93 crores (Rs.628.30 crores). Other income was shown at Rs.2.23 crores (Rs.2.88 crores). Interest charges had claimed Rs.6.97 crores (Rs7.37 crores). After providing a depreciation of Rs.23.48 crores (Rs.21.75 crores), the profit before tax was shown at Rs.17.70 crores (Rs.23.37 crores).
