BHADRAVATI, JAN. 25. The officials should ensure that the funds allocated by the State and Union governments are utilised fully, H.C. Mahadevappa, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, has said. He told presspersons here on Sunday that the beneficiaries for various government schemes should be identified early. The officials at the taluk-level should tour the villages to create awareness among people about various government schemes. A grievance redressal committee should be formed at the district level, he said. About the privatisation of Mysore Paper Mills, the Minister said that a Cabinet sub-committee, headed by the Minister for Industries, P.G.R. Sindhia, has been constituted to look into the issue.
