Pondicherry Jan. 25. Arrangements are under way in the French Institute of Pondicherry (L`Institut Francais de Pondichery) to celebrate its golden jubilee on February 26 under the banner "from tradition to modernity." The Lt. Governor, M.M. Lakhera, will open `Jawaharlal Nehru Conference Hall' and `Jean Filliozat Manuscript Room' at the Institute.
