HYDERABAD, JAN.25. Four State Ministers said that they suspected "foul play" in the killing of the TDP MLA, P. Ravi, and alleged that the Telugu Desam leadership would go to any extent to derive political mileage. Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, the Municipal Administration Minister, K.Ranga Rao, the Commercial Taxes Minister, K. Ramakrishna, the Roads and Buildings Minister, J. Ram Mohan Rao, and the Major Industries Minister, B. Satyanarayana, recalled that the film actor Mohan Babu, who had acted in a film produced by the slain legislator, had once made serious allegation against the TDP leadership. Referring to the membership drive launched by the TDP, they expressed surprise that its party functionaries were carrying long lathis and iron rods with which they indulged in violence in the aftermath of the murder.
