Water to KC Canal till February-end urged

CUDDAPAH, JAN. 25. The Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha leaders on Tuesday demanded release of water to KC Canal till February-end.

Its district president, S. Lakshmi Reddy, and the general secretary, P. Lakshmi Reddy, said water release up to February 15 would endanger standing crops in over 30,000 acres and wanted water release till next month-end.
