BSP MLA shot dead

LUCKNOW, JAN. 25. The controversial Bahujan Samaj Party MLA from Allahabad West constituency, Raju Pal, and two others were shot dead by unidentified assailants in Allahabad today, official sources said. Mr. Pal's wife and another person were injured in the attack.

The legislator was sprayed with bullets by the attackers as soon as he, along with his associates and wife, stepped out of a restaurant in Dhoomanganj locality in the city.
