Team for National meet

CHENNAI, JAN. 25. The Tamil Nadu Weightlifting Association has announced its team for the senior National championship to be held in Guwahati from February 16 to 20.

The team: Men: S. Elangovan,G.Manjunathan (both 56 kg); V. Velu, A. Prakash (both 62kg); S. Lenin (69 kg), S. Stalin, K. Jegadeesan (both 77 kg), A. Marudupandian, D. Baskaran (both 85 kg), K. Samraj (94 kg). Manager: C.P. Rajasekaran; Coach: B. Thangamani. Women: K. Sudha (48 kg), D. Sivasankari (53 kg), P.K.M. Selvi (58 kg), J. Archana (63 kg), R. Kavitha (69 kg). Manager: Poolpandian; Coach: Sathish.
