THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JAN. 25. As many as 61 lottery agents, including a few physically challenged persons, were arrested by the Fort police on the charge of violating the High Court order on staging processions. The police said the agents had taken out a march from Pazhavangadi on Tuesday evening demanding that the Government withdraw the ban on selling lotteries. The agents were later let out on bail.
