HYDERABAD, JAN. 25. The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Hyderabad telecom district, is offering special schemes for booking new telephone and broadband connections at its stall at the All India Industrial Exhibition from January 26. Customers can book a new telephone connection by paying Rs. 250/Rs. 500/Rs. 750 as initial deposit for local/STD/ISD facilities respectively. The remaining amount would be collected in five equated monthly instalments of Rs. 150, Rs. 300 and Rs. 450 for the three categories respectively. In addition, an India telephone card worth Rs. 100/Rs. 200/Rs. 300 would also be given free of cost. Similarly, those booking a broadband connection would get the Sancharnet card of 26 hours Internet time free of cost. "These offers are valid only at our industrial exhibition stall," a BSNL spokesperson said.
