THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JAN. 27 . The Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, today said that the Governor's address and the policy perspectives it contained had been widely welcomed. Addressing a press conference here, Mr. Radhakrishnan said that even the Opposition LDF was not very critical of the Governor's address and the Government's policies. The Opposition had merely pointed out the shortcomings on some issues on which the Government had already announced its decision and the details and follow-up action on this were being worked out. He said the Parliamentary Affairs Department proposed to hold a Global Parliamentarians Conference.
