Wayanad wins overall champion

KOZHIKODE, JAN. 28. Wayanad emerged as the overall champion in the State tennikoit championship here on Thursday. It won the title on toss, after tying with Ernakualm on 32 points. Kasaragod, with 18, finished third.

Men: Kasaragod bt Ernakualm 2-1. Women: Ernakulam bt Wayanad 2-1. Junior boys: Kasaragod bt Kottayam 2-1. Junior girls: Ernakulam bt Wayanad 2-1. Sub-junior boys: Wayanad bt Palakkad 2-1. Sub-junior girls: Wayanad bt Ernakulam 2-1.
