NEW DELHI, JAN. 27. The four-day "Zak Interior Exterior Expo 2005 and International Furniture Fair", one of the top trade show organisers of the country -- showcasing some of the best construction material, interior design products, accessories and furniture fare from Indian and foreign participants -- will begin at Pragati Maidan here on Friday. Featuring the latest trends in interior and exterior designs and furniture, the "Zak Interior Exterior Expo 2005 and International Furniture Fair" will be exhibiting wares of over 100 participants from India and countries like Italy, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malaysia, Germany, Thailand and China. The significance of the exhibition can be gauged from the fact that the urbane and cosmopolitan gentry are becoming increasingly trend-consciousness. This has led to a demand for better interior designs and architectural plans. Architects and interior decorators are also having a re-look on their layouts to provide capacity utilisation of space without compromising on the comfort level of the users or the ambience of the surroundings. Designed and poised to meet the need and discerning taste of the interior exterior designers, architects, builders and of course the consumers, "Zak Interior Exterior Expo 2005 and International Furniture Fair" will be inaugurated by socialite Timsy Anand on Friday and the products would be displayed in Hall Nos. 7 A, B and C of the exhibition ground. The most modern sets of domestic and imported, modular, metal and wooden furniture and readymade kitchens, office furniture and interiors with modular partitions and executive chairs with extensive models would also be displayed. While there are ornamental carved doors for art connoisseurs, those scouting for modern-looking furnishing products can choose from a wide array of products.
