FIR against Lalu

RANCHI, JAN. 29. An FIR was filed today at the Garwah police station in Jharkhand against the RJD chief, Lalu Prasad, for allegedly violating the model code of conduct for elections. The District Superintendent of Police, Nandu Pasad, said the FIR was filed by a Magistrate on the ground that Mr. Prasad's helicopter landed at a meeting ground instead of the helipad.
