HYDERABAD, JAN. 30. The burning of State Road Corporation buses by Telugu Desam Party workers in the wake of Paritala Ravindra's killing dominated the proceedings at the assumption of charge by the chairman of the APSRTC, Gone Prakash Rao, here on Sunday. Led by the Transport Minister, S. Santosh Reddy, the speakers at an impressive function accused the TDP president, N. Chandrababu Naidu, of provoking his party cadres to target RTC buses resulting in torching of 81 buses and severe damage to 575 others. This prompted Mr. Harish Rao, a nephew of the TRS chief, to question whether the occasion warranted such a reference. Mr. Prakash Rao said whatever he had said was true. The Endowments Minister, M. Satyanarayana Rao, made a fervent appeal to protect the RTC property. The Congress MP, G. Venkatswamy, the APSRTC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, P. Gautam Kumar, the Ministers, Laxmikanta Rao, Konathala Ramakrishna,
