Subash J. Shenoy (26 points) steered Central Excise and Customs (Kochi) to the men's final of the Fr Philip Thayil Memorial Don Bosco Trophy all-Kerala basketball tournament at the Don Bosco courts, Vennala, on Sunday night.
Central Excise defeated Sree Kerala Varma College (Thrissur) 95-54 in a lopsided semifinal.
The results (semifinals): Men: Central Excise and Customs, Kochi 96 (Subash J. Shenoy 26) bt SKVC, Thrissur 54 (Vimal Raj 18).
Women: St Xavier's College, Aluva 55 (Simi Jose 22) bt SAI, Thalassery 48.
