KOCHI, JAN. 30. The Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology (CAPART), under the Ministry of Rural Development, is coming up with a plan to provide jobs for 10 lakh people, said N. Balagopal, the national committee member of CAPART. He said that to reach out to people, CAPART has decided to form a Confederation of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) of Rural India. The confederation will function through its district-level federations. The Ernakulam chapter was launched recently.
