NEW DELHI, JAN. 31. Jyoti Randhawa came up with a par score in the final round to finish joint 33rd, following a disappointing two-over 74 in the third round, at the million-dollar Caltex Masters golf which ended in Singapore on Sunday. Randhawa finished with a total card of one-under-par 287 at the Laguna National Golf and Country club. Amandeep Johl also returned a final round par score of 72 to share the 52nd spot with a level total score. The other Indians who made the cut, Rahil Ganjee and Gaurav Ghei ended joint 77 and 81, according to information received here.
Dougherty triumphs
Swashbuckling Nick Dougherty of England shot a flawless five-under-par 67 to clinch his first European Tour title. The 22-year-old Dougherty brushed aside defending champion Colin Montgomerie of Scotland, who finished in a tie for second place with Maarten Lafeber of the Netherlands. PTI
