BANGALORE, JAN. 31. Kalaimani Gopinath, a student of the SJP Polytechnic, Bangalore, claimed a double in the All India Super Six badminton championship for the physically challenged held at Nalconagar, Angul District, Orissa from January 24 to 26.
Karnataka's K.Y. Venkatesh was felicitated for his contribution to the game.

LB 1: Singles: Kalaimani Gopinath bt Noorul Hussain (Ori) 15-8,15-6. Doubles: Gopinath & Ramesh Tikaram bt Shiba Prasad & Noorul Hussain (Ori) 15-12 (concd).

Women's singles: Antiha Venkataramanappa (Kar) bt T. Pushpalatha (Kar) 11-4,11-2.
