Ruling classes insecure: naxal leader
By Our Special Correspondent
VISAKHAPATNAM,
FEB. 1.
The formation of the CPI (Maoist) party with the merger of the People's War and the MCC and the likelihood of other revolutionary groups joining it had made the ruling classes and the parties that support them like the CPI and CPI (M) and some CPI (ML) groups like Red Flag, Communist Centre and Liberation jittery, said naxalite leader Achanta Lakshmana Rao. Mr Rao's statement came in response to the utterances of some CPI (M) and CPI leaders at the former's State conference in Warangal recently on the need to merge the two parties.
He was also of the opinion that India would become the international centre for revolution with the polarisation of revolutionary and reactionary forces.
