Sintex offer to Warburg
NEW DELHI,
FEB. 1.
The water-tank maker Sintex Industries has offered 17 per cent stake to the Warburg Pincus arm Lightwood Investment Ltd of Mauritius for Rs. 84.03 crores.
The board of directors of Sintex approved the private placement of 30 lakh shares at a price of Rs. 280.10 per share at its meeting on Monday and allotted the shares to the FII, the company informed the National Stock Exchange today. — PTI
