Glenmark in $70 m bond deal

HONG KONG, FEB. 1. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has raised $70 million by issuing zero-coupon convertible bonds, a source close to the deal said on Tuesday. The two-tranche deal raised money for acquisitions and investments and funding new projects and expansions. — Reuters
