MADURAI, FEB. 1. A legal aid centre on the district court premises here was inaugurated on Monday. It is the 13th centre to be established in the State and fifth in the judicial districts that fall under the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court. Delivering the inaugural speech , P.D. Dinakaran, judge, said the legal services authority established in the State, district and taluk levels proved to be beneficial to the poor and downtrodden in the society.
