Bharti to acquire Comsat Max

CHENNAI: Bharti Infotel, a subsidiary of Bharti Tele-Ventures has reached an agreement with Max Group to acquire the latter's 100 per cent equity stake in C Max Infocom and its wholly owned subsidiary Comsat max, a leading provider of VSAT and broadband services in India. The acquisition would result in both companies coming under the Bharti fold, the company said in a release.
