Festival for kindergarten students on February 26

KOLLAM, FEB. 1. The Indian Public School here is organising a State- level festival in music and dance for kindergarten students.

At a press conference here today the correspondent of the school, S. Ganapathy, said that the event, Kids fest 2005, will be held at the school on February 26. The school emerging as the overall champion will be awarded an ever- rolling golden trophy weighing 51 sovereigns. The winners will be given individual trophies and certificates.

On the occasion the Kerala Kindergarten Schools Association will be launched. The school has also decided to provide free education upto Std. XII to 10 students from the tsunami-affected areas. For the Kids Fest there will be no entry fee. Applications can be submitted to the Principal, Indian Public School, Mukathala P.O. Kollam-691577.
