Power shutdown in some areas

BANGALORE, FEB. 1. There will be no power on Thursday between 10 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. in some areas as Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) is taking up maintenance works.

The areas which will be affected include Caloston Road, McPherson Road, DeCosta Layout, Hutchins Road, C.K. Garden, Wheelers Road, Venkataramana Layout, Marutisevanagar and surrounding areas; and B. Narayanapura, A. Narayanapura, Udaynagar and surrounding areas; Horamavu Main Road, Jayanthigrama, Jyothinagar, Agara, Kalkere, K. Channasandra, Horamavu, Brindavan Layout, areas surrounding Ring Road, Banaswadi, OMBR Layout, Ex-Servicemen Colony, East of NGEF, B. Channasandra, R.M. Nagar Main Road and parts of HRBR 1st Block.
