Clinton may head U.N. tsunami relief efforts

UNITED NATIONS, FEB.1. The U.N. Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, has selected the former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, to be the U.N. pointman for tsunami reconstruction and ensure that the "world doesn't forget the immense needs of the countries devastated by the December 26 disaster," a well-informed U.N. diplomat said today. — AP
