HYDERABAD, FEB. 2. A resident of the old city whose hand got severed while working on a grinder machine recently was operated upon and his hand rejoined by doctors at Owaisi Hospital and Research Centre, Kanchanbagh. The rare surgery was performed by Mazharuddin Ali Khan, Additional Professor of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, and A. Gopala Krishna, Additional Professor of Plastic Surgery. The patient is recovering, according to a press release.
