Conspiracy?

Sir, — The spate of kidnappings and lawlessness in Bihar are a cause for concern. But their description by the RJD chief, Lalu Prasad, as a conspiracy by the Opposition is simplistic. Conspiracies are no doubt part of politics but to term everything a conspiracy is the greatest conspiracy of them all.
