KURNOOL, FEB. 3. One person died and eight others were hurt when an autorixkshaw hit a tree on the outskirts of the city on Thursday. According to reports, eight teachers, including six women and two men, who were working Kadubur boarded the autorickshaw, which met with the accident near Venkayapalli. The driver, Venkatramudu, who was seriously injured died in the hospital. NELLORE: Two persons were killed in two different road accidents in Nellore district on Wednesday. While a scooterist, died at Pedapariya crossroads, after allegedly hitting a road divider, a woman died on the spot, after she was fatally knocked down by an unidentified vehicle.
