KANNUR, FEB. 3. The Kerala Folklore Akademy will organise a `Folklore-Media Workshop' here on February 5 and 6. The Akademy chairman, B. Muhammad Ahamed, said at a press conference here today that the workshop was being organised to sensitise journalists to folklore and related subjects. The workshop, being held in association with the Kannur Press Club, would be attended by 40 journalists from the northern districts of the State. A similar workshop would also be organised in Thiruvananthapuram in the first week of March in association with the Kesari Memorial Trust, he said. The workshop here would be inaugurated by the Tourism Minister, K.C. Venugopal, at the Palm Grove Hotel auditorium at 10 a.m. on February 5.
