KOCHI, FEB. 3. The Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, will inaugurate a seminar on ``Brand Kerala'' at Hotel Renaissance on February 5. The former Chief Secretary and former Tourism Minister of Karnataka J. Alexander will be the guest of honour. The seminar is being organised by the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Electronics City, Bangalore, in association with Kerala Management Association and leading brands in the State.
