No change in EAMCET pattern
HYDERABAD,
FEB. 3.
The Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) - 2005 Chairman and JNTU Vice-Chancellor, Y. Venkatrami Reddy, has said that there will be no change in the pattern and that both the tests will be of 160 marks.
Speaking to newsmen on Thursday, Prof. Reddy said that in the engineering stream, 80 questions would be from mathematics and 40 each from physics and chemistry while the medical stream paper would contain 40 questions each from botany, zoology, physics and chemistry.
Prof. Reddy made it clear that candidates would not be allowed into the examination halls even if they were late by one minute. He said HB pencils would be supplied to all candidates but they need to get erasers and sharpeners. The EAMCET-2005 convenor, L.V.A.R. Sarma, was also present.
