TUTICORIN, FEB. 5 . The police today arrested one Raja (26) on the charges of stealing cycles from many places in the town. According to the police, the accused stole cycles belonging to Maheswari, Suryanarayanan, Krishnan and Selvaraj from Februray 2 to 4. The stolen cycles were recovered from the accused, the police said.
