Excel SIM cards being distributed

MADURAI, FEB 5. The distribution of SIM cards for applicants, who had registered for the Excel, prepaid cards with the customer service centres/distributors in the city between October 15 and December 5, is underway. The last date of issue of cards is February 12. The last date for activating the card is February 15.
