TAKE Solutions acquires 4Bsoft

CHENNAI, FEB. 7. TAKE Solutions, an integrated business and technology solutions company, said that it had acquired 4BSoft, an IT consulting and services company, for $1 million in an all-cash deal. This acquisition would enable TAKE Solutions beef up its competence in the data warehousing and business intelligence domain, said a release.
