Jaiprakash files draft prospectus

NEW DELHI, FEB. 7. Jaiprakash Hydro-Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jaiprakash Associates, will tap the capital market with its maiden public offer of 18 crore shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each in March. The company today filed its draft Red Herring Prospectus with Securities and Exchange Board of India, the company said in a release. — PTI
