CHANDIGARH, FEB.7. A Punjabi news service, "Vishav Varta", was launched here today. The news service, meant to cater to the needs of the Punjabi media, both print and electronic, within India and abroad, was launched by B.I.S. Chahal, Adviser to the Punjab Chief Minister. --PTI
