KOCHI, FEB. 7. The Kerala Video Library Association will take out a protest march to the office of the City Police Commissioner on Tuesday against continuing police raids on video libraries. The association leaders alleged that false cases were being charged against library owners for possessing pirated CDs, while libraries were circulating copyrighted copies of films released in CD format. All video libraries in the district will be closed on Tuesday, the release said.

Study centre open to public

The Urban Development Study Centre under the Kochi Corporation will be open to public on all working days from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., said an official press release. The centre, functioning on the ground floor of the Corporation building, is working on the historical tradition, socio-cultural heritage and developmental works of the city.

Relief fund

The Mayor, C.M. Dinesh Mani, today handed over a cheque for Rs. 5,44,597 to the District Collector, A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish, as the Corporation's contribution to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
