BANGALORE, FEB. 7. The police have announced that truck movement will be regulated on National Highway 7 (Bangalore-Bellary Road) and State Highway 9 (Doddaballapur Road) from February 9 to February 13 in view of Aero India 2005. According to a press release from the Commissioner of Police, S. Mariswamy, trucks on their way from Chikballapur on National Highway 7 should turn left at Devanahalli and pass through Soolebele and Hoskote to reach Bangalore/Tamil Nadu. Trucks on their way to Tumkur/Pune should turn right at Devanahalli and pass through Doddaballapur, Dobbspet and reach Tumkur through National Highway 4. Trucks proceeding towards Hyderabad from Hosur Road should pass through Ring Road, Ramamurthynagar Junction, Thambuchettypalya, Hoskote and Soolebele and reach the National Highway 7 at Devanahalli. Trucks from Doddaballapur should pass through Rajanakunte, Puttenahalli, Yelahanka Mother Dairy Double Road, BEL Circle and Ring Road to reach Bangalore. The restrictions will be in place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the five days, according to the release.
