CHANDIGARH, FEB. 8. The Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee chief, Bhajan Lal, has issued show cause notices to nine partymen for allegedly working against party candidates in the just-concluded Assemby elections. On the complaint of Prasanni Devi, party candidate from Naultha (Panipat), he sought explanations from former minister Bijender Singh Kadian, former treasurer of PCC Dalbir Singh Jaglan and Jhushi Ram Jaglan. In Ghirai (Hisar) constituency, show cause notices have been issued to Ishwar Singh Punia, Vikas Punia, Rajender Sura and Dharam Singh Punia. --PTI
