Telephone adalat

KOCHI, FEB. 8. A telephone adalat will be held in March. Subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) of Ernakulam and Idukki districts having grievances on phone services and billing may send their complaints to AGM (OP), office of the Principal General Manager, Telephones, BSNL Bhavan, Kochi - 682 016. Only complaints that had been pending for a long time and having gone through all normal channels will be entertained at the adalat, said a press statement.

The last date for receiving complaints is February 26. The date of the adalat will be intimated to the complainants.
