Special ticket checking drive

CHENNAI, FEB. 8. A special ticket checking drive was conducted on all mail/express and suburban trains at Perambur railway station today. A total of 358 cases of ticketless travel, irregular travel and un-booked luggage were detected, and a sum of Rs. 75,058 collected in fines from offenders, according to a railway press release.
