THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, FEB. 8. A 17-year-old Plus One student was killed when the two-wheeler on which he was travelling collided with a lorry near Chempazhanthi in Kazhakuttom police station limits this evening. The police identified the dead as Vidhu, a student of Sree Narayana Gurukulam Higher Secondary School and a resident of Pongummood. According to the police, Vidhu along with his friends, Binoy, 18, Venu, 18, both hailing from Anandeswaram and Adarsh, 17, a resident of Kannammoola were travelling in a two-wheeler towards Kattaikkonam when they rammed into a lorry coming from the opposite direction while overtaking a bus. The injured have been admitted at the Medical College Hospital here. The Kazhakuttom police have registered a case.
