HYDERABAD, FEB. 8. The Austrian President, Heinz Fischer, is coming on a day's visit to Hyderabad on February 18. He will reach New Delhi the previous day and hold discussions with Central leaders before leaving for Hyderabad. The long-pending proposal to get Austrian assistance of Rs. 4,000 crores for implementing Godavari-based projects, is expected to gain shape as a result of his visit. The proposal suffered a setback as the Austrian officials insisted on getting counter-guarantee for the loan from the Government of India and not by the Power Finance Corporation.
