KOCHI, FEB. 8. Cyber Craze Broadband Network, a cable-television network at Kunnamkulam in Thrissur, has been selected for this year's Cable Master Award. The award has been instituted by Cable Scan, a satellite cable television magazine and Ernakulam-based K.R. Electronics. Malanadu Communications of Wayanad, Trivandrum Cable Network of Thiruvananthapuram and Silverstar Cable Corporation of Alappuzha were selected for excellence awards in cable services. Thirty cable operators across the State were short-listed for the award, said Suresh Manimala, management consultant, who headed the jury. The awards will be distributed during a trade show of cable and satellite television industry at the Town Hall from February 10 to 12. The Minister for Sports and Fisheries, Dominic Presentation, will present the awards.
