Tata Power to raise $200 m
MUMBAI,
FEB. 9.
Tata Power Company will raise $200 million through foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) from the international market. The offering opened for subscription today. These bonds would be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The one per cent coupon FCCB offering having a five-year maturity would be convertible at 50 per cent premium over the closing share price of February 8. PTI
